15. Congo River

The Congo River is a river in Africa, and is the deepest tiver in the world, with measured depths in excess of 230m (750ft). It is the second largest river in the world by volume of water discharged, through it has only one-fifth the volume of the world's largest river, the Amazon. Additionally, its overall length of 4,700km (2,920mi) makes it the ninth longest river.

The Congo River is one of the famous travel area in Democracic Republic of the Congo.But, parts of the DRC are not safe for indepdent travel or shightseeing. Those visiting for business, research, of internationl aid purposes should consult with their organization and seek expert guidance before planning a trip.
